I love pork shoulder and tamale pie so this looked like a natural.
Called Classic because it's the classic recipe from the Best Foods jar. We don't see any reason to mess with it.
Our good friends David and Milly Katzman took us for a drive in Maine some years back and we had lobster rolls in Ogunquit. We remember them dearly. This recipe is close to what we remember and, paired with Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc and the Heirloom Tomato and Grilled Corn Salad, it made a great summer dinner.
We served this with the Lobster Rolls and it made for a great summer dinner.
Use it for making pork belly. I did, and it was wonderful.
Lovely citrus dessert that's good over ice cream, or over mascarpone, or by itself, or...
I love goulash. End of story.
Excellent--really excellent--pesto, from Marcella Hazan. I've made it jillions of times and it's wonderful.
If you like rhubarb and ginger (I do) this is a winner.
If you've never tried any variation on balsamic strawberries, you should. They're delicious.
